and manufacturing of hydraulic cylinders of custom requirements

state-of-the-art facilities, BMC produces cylinders with bores from
1.5" to 14" and strokes from 0.5" to 23 feet. Our
designed cylinders have an operating range from 1000 to 5000 PSI
with a minimum of 2.5:1 safety factor. We also offer mounting systems,

BHPL is a partnership between SHPL and BIC to meet the growing demand
for our products while ensuring that total control over production
is secured so as to keep up, if not better the quality standards
our products are reputed with.
Chennai, India was chosen as the site for our new production facility
after deliberating on the availability of skilled engineers and
labourers, accessibility to high-quality raw materials and business
climate. In late 2000, BHPL shipped out its first container of cylinders
to our sister company BSC in the US.
Since, BHPL has achieved many milestones such as the attainment
of ISO9001:2000 certification and the further expansion of additional
70,000 sq ft of built up area. In 2005, BHPL was equipped with
state-of-the-art clean room facilities with production capacity
of 550,000 cylinders per annum.
